Uncut Cantaloupe should be stored:

• Unwashed (moisture increases likelihood of mold)
• Room Temperature
• Undamaged (bruising will spoil faster)

Once cut, store cantaloupe:

• Washed (prior to cutting)
• Refrigerated
• In a plastic container (such as Tupperware)
